Siracusa

Pretty much like the "cuba" chell pic, I just couldn´t get this imageoff my head of marina wearing that jeweled lingerie that simbad stole from a brothel in siracusa.
I had to take this out of my sistem in order to move on. As far as I know, there was no pic of Marina wearing this lingerie on the net. In fact, there is little reference pics of her on the net. I went for her combed hair with tiara look which made her look elegant and more feminine.
Pretty much an excersise to beat the art block. Currently working on 4 pics at the same time, but none of those kept my interest. So I tried something simple, pose and lineart were pretty much set. Coloring tried to stay as close as simple cel shading from the movie, but the pic was dull, so I added some warm light source and reflected light to make it more interesting. Persian carpet matched to perspective. A sorry excuse for siky curtains to add atmosphere, and voila!.

At first she was going to have an elaborated chest harness and crotchrope, but since the aim of the pic was to show her with the siracusan lingerie, it had to be simplified to an elbow tie and an implicit wrist tie. More a romantic consensual setup than a domination-submission one.
